Please contact us if you can't find an answer to your question.
Nothing, we’d love to visit and have a chat about what you’re looking to do, from this visit we can create an estimate of labour, paint and timescales.
We do not charge by the hour, we cost each project individually to give you an accurate, tailored estimate based on your specific requirements.
It’s entirely up to you, if you do we can advise on quantities and brands to go for. Alternatively we can purchase for you, passing on any supplier discount that are available, then we just add the cost to your invoice.
Usually 8:30am, however if you have a specific requirement, for example, would rather we started after the school run or arrive for a catch up before you leave for work, we always work around you.
There are so many great brands out there, Johnstone’s, Dulux, Zinsser, Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Edward Bulmer, Lick and Coat, each has benefits depending on your desired look, and your own personal environmental concerns.
We are not interior designers, however have a keen interest and see a lot of homes so love to help. Colour consulting is something our founder Hannah is working towards, currently learning with Edward Bulmer - A Guide to Pigments, Paints and Palettes.
Depending on the size of the job this varies from a refundable £100 booking fee to 50% labour cost.
No, but we know great local trades people we can recommend.
This depends on the size of the project, but in general, refundable booking deposits are required on booking to secure our diary space and full payment is required on completion, on invoice.
Yes, in the unfortunately event of any damage, spillage or breakage in your home we are fully insured.
We tend to start at around 8:30am, if that works for you, and as a guide will finish for the day anywhere between about 3pm and 4:30pm depending on drying times, travel distance, and any other considerations, we will always communicate with you.
